"Client", "Users", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We" and "Us", refers to our Company Highland Networks.
By using Highland Networks, LLC products and services, you agree to comply with our policies. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any service provided with or without a refund or notice or warning for any reason. We also reserve the right to change and modify the Terms of Service at any time with or without client notification. It is up to you, the client to periodically check and familiarize himself or herself with the recent Terms of Service. If any client does not comply with the new Terms of Service modifications, his or her service will be terminated.
All payment invoices are sent 7 days prior to the payment due date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in service suspension, then termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate at any time after your service is overdue.
We offer a strict 72 hour refund period of your first invoice with any service with us.
Any Promotional offer's are not eligible for a refund.
Any payment chargebacks will flag your account. We reserve the right to terminate your services immediately.
Any legal action threats will result in immediate termination of your account and services.
For unmanaged Highland Networks services. We provide you with all the basic tools needed to get full access to your service. We provide basic knowledge base articles to assist you in any questions you may have.
We will however provide support for any issues regarding hardware, control panels, or ISO's.
We do not tolerate duplicate support tickets including emails. Failure to comply will result in termination of account and services.
If you do have a support contract with Highland Networks, you are able to access our support team 24/7 via the information in your customer control panel.
Highland Networks does offer Rent to Own (RTO) servers. These servers will be maintained by our staff for the entire rental period until completed (Typically 12 concurrent months.) To take ownership, a customer must have the server for 12 straight months before they can take ownership of the server. Once the RTO period is up, the customer is allowed to derack the server (for a fee) or change to colocation.
Customers are permitted to ship their own hard drives to Highland Networks on select RTO servers. Highland Networks will not provide replacement drives for these servers incase of a failure. Highland Networks can keep half the server's total drives on hand incase of a failure provided by the client.
Client assumes all responsibility if client provided drives damage RTO server prior to the entire rental period is up. Client will be responsible for server monthly cost x 12 months due to Highland Networks in an event of a failure.
We operate a 99% uptime SLA for network and 99.9% uptime SLA for power. If we fail to meet that SLA, please open a support ticket with our staff. We will not process refunds or credits to the account with a support ticket.
