Refund Policy

Highland Networks Refund Policy is as follows:

Domain Names: Non-refundable as per ICANN.

VPS Servers: Fully refundable within the first 72 hours. However, if a license is purchased (i.e. cPanel or Windows 10) this is non-refundable.

Dedicated Servers: Non-refundable due to the nature of the business

Server Licenses: Non-refundable.

Administrative Services: Non-refundable except at Management's discretion.
